How to Use

You can get started with Lycamobile by following these easy steps:

Step 1:
Insert your Lyca Mobile SIM card into your mobile and switch it on.

Step 2:
To activate a SIM-card with no credit or bundle please top-up your balance for 50 UAH or more in one payment or choose and activate a bundle (see p.3 of this Guide). To activate a SIM-card with preloaded credit or bundle, please proceed to the next step.

Step 3:
Important! To activate a SIM card, please make your first call in Ukraine. Make sure you have activated your SIM-card before using it abroad.

You can top-up your balance on our website (in a quick and easy way at no extra fees!) or in any other convenient way: in shopping malls, terminals or on our partners’ websites.

To check your balance, enter *111# and press «call», after which your balance will be shown on the screen,
or use Voice menu:
Dial 1111 while you are in Ukraine
Dial+38 091 600 1111 while you are abroad and follow the instructions.

Your Lyca Mobile voicemail service has been automatically activated.

Using your Lyca Mobile voicemail you can:
Listen to messages left for you
Record a welcome message to enable callers to recognise you.

To access your voicemail:
in Ukraine: Dial 1121
From abroad: Dial +38091 600 1121 and follow the instructions.

If you wish to turn off your answering machine, enter *185# and press «call».
